- You will advise our customers on all application-related issues and complaints.
- You will proactively lead and coordinate the introduction of new products and processes.
- You will oversee testing and approvals by external certification bodies.
- You will represent our company’s interests and actively participate in committees and boards (KRV, DIN, FNK).
- You maintain and develop our PVC formulations.
- You initiate and coordinate pilot production runs and approval tests.
- You verify the mechanical properties and processability of our products.
- You are a member of the management team, report directly to senior management, and work closely with production, process engineering, and sales.
- You have a solid engineering background, ideally with knowledge of methods and processes in the plastics industry.
- You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to perform, and are able to contribute actively.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and are able to communicate openly and constructively.
- You maintain a clear overview even in critical situations, analyze clearly, and make goal-oriented decisions with strong assertiveness.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and occasionally visit customers, trade shows, etc.
